We carefully selected a specific set of stimulants of cognitive enhancers to give Prolific that STRONG but SMOOTH energy, alongside a dialed-in focus to keep you in the focused state-of-mind your entire workout. It's a feeling you have to experience for yourself.
Many stimulant-based pre-workouts are just that...pure stimulants with little to no attention on the actual performance or pump felt during a workout. Prolific is unique in that it is at the top of the game not just in its energy & focus feel, but in the pump & performance experience.
Prolific will not give you that itchy tingly skin like many pre-workouts. It also won't lose its effectiveness after 4-5 uses like most. Prolific hits like the first time, every time, and every flavor is refreshing and delicious. Truly, the last pre-workout you'll ever need.
What is the mind-muscle connection?
Yeah, it's a real thing. At the cellular level its called the neuromuscular junction, but we won't get into the weeds. At a high-level, having a poor mind-muscle connection can be most recognized if you think back to those days in the gym you just felt "off" for no particular reason.
Maybe you couldn't focus, maybe you just felt like your muscle fibers weren't firing during your lifts. Something was just off that day. We've all been there. We are believers in the importance of focusing on the muscle contraction in each rep you do, allowing your mind to be part of the movement.
Being in a focused state-of-mind during your workouts is the key, beyond just having energy. That is why we put both energy and focus as equally important "mental factors" in Prolific.
Is a pump all for show?
It's not, but let's be real even if it was...totally worth it!
We've all had an amazing workout, and walked up to the mirror loving our now inflated muscles compared to when we walked in. It's a great self-motivator to see visible change so quickly, even if temporary. But a pump isn't just for show.
When you are training a specific muscle to a certain intensity level, your brain recognizes that there is now an increased demand for oxygen in that muscle. In order to deliver more oxygen, more blood goes to that muscle and the nearby blood vessels dilate to make that delivery faster and easier. Specific ingredients can make this process happen faster, or to a greater extent.
By allowing more oxygen (and other important nutrients) to be delivered to the working muscle more efficiently, that muscle can work harder, and longer than if this process did not occur. This ties directly into getting the most out of your time spent in the gym.
