As a dietary supplement, it’s recommended that first-time users start with 1 serving (15 ML) of Glycerol+ for their initial training sessions to assess personal tolerance. Mix 1 serving with your favorite pre workout or take it stand along and consume 20-30 minutes before training.
For advanced users, mix 2 servings (30ML) 20-30 minutes before training.
